Outsourced Events celebrates double nomination at CN Agency Awards

Outsourced Events (OE) has been shortlisted for not one, but two awards at the Conference News Agency Awards 2025! We are in the running for both the 'Association Event of the Year' and 'Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year' awards.

The Conference News Agency Awards celebrate the UK's most influential and prolific event agencies, recognising excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievements over the past 12 months.

OE have been shortlisted in relation to two outstanding events that the team executed in 2024. The BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting and the BMFMS Annual Conference.

The shortlisting for the ‘Association Event of the Year’ was for our work with the British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS) at their annual conference. This event was a resounding success, exceeding key performance indicators across several areas: audience numbers, sponsor satisfaction, sponsorship sales and app engagement.

The shortlisting for the ‘Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year’ was for our work supporting the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy’s (BSGE) prestigious Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) 2024 in Belfast. The 2024 ASM also exceeded expectations, doubling anticipated attendance, increased sponsor and exhibitor participation, and a record number of sessions and workshops.
